Feel the mud and adrenaline cocktail while driving ATV among private trails in the surroundings of Monteverde with amazing landscapes and patches of evergreen forest all around. There are a variety of trails suitable for the participant’s skills, and there is the option to ride with a driver guide for those who doesn’t feel confident enough with the ATV during the practice course. In the second portion of the tour, the horseback riding starts by familiarizing with the horses and then the bilingual guide will teach the adequate techniques to control the horse along the tour. We will depart and go through private trails and public gravel roads where you’ll be able to observe the abundant flora and fauna, which is native to this region. There is also an opportunity based on the weather conditions to see the gulf of Nicoya and also on a clear day you can watch the Arenal lake and volcano at a distance. Approximate duration of 4 hours. Recommendations: Warm jacket, long pants, rain coat, comfortable shoes, and insect repellent.
