Starting on the east side of San Jose, the first thing we will see will the popular Culture Square (La Plaza de la Cultura), before head 5 blocks along the pedestrian street to the iconic Central Market: a complex of narrow alleys with over 200 shops, stalls, cheap restaurants, souvenirs, and local handcrafts. Therefore, return by the promenade to glimpse the beautiful National Theater or visit the impressive Pre-Columbian Gold Museum or the National Museum in the historic district of the capital, where we could take a brief look to buildings linked to Costa Rican mindset and traditions. After we have seen the capital’s main attractions you will have the opportunity to visit an interesting shopping place where you will be able to get that reminder from your visit to Costa Rica.
